Jade Chen Clinic

Problem statement

Jade Chen Aesthetics is a beauty clinic which provide a plethora of medical aesthetic treatments that are professional, effective and safe in Bali. They needed a website to represent their services and treatments and serve as their digital home for their new and existing clients, alongside their social media.

Transformation

I did a competitor analysis and conducted user research to understand the type of aesthetics, content as well as visual appeal for potential clients who are in doubt of the treatments results. A slider feature was used to demonstrate a before and after photograph, not just to set client’s expectations and instil confidence but also to be transparent of the quality of the services they provide.
